Registration process for candidates

To apply for jobs through Nagaland Job Centre (NJC) offline or online from this website, candidates need to first register with NJC.  Only registered candidates can apply for jobs. NJC handles all background processes of aligning a candidate with a particular job opportunity and coordinates with the candidates from the screening stage to final placement of candidates in various private sector jobs available. 

Any candidate looking for a job can register with NJC for a nominal yearly fee.

  1. To register with NJC offline, just walk in to any of our offices (Address given below).
  2. For online registration, follow the process below.

The process below outlines the registration process online.

  1. Create an account on this website:
    • Before you can apply for jobs online, you need to have an account on this website. You can either create an account yourself or walk in to any of our offices and we will assist you with account creation.
    • After creating an account on this website, you can -
      • Update resume details from "My Account"
      • Check / Search available jobs
      • But you cannot apply for jobs online till you register with NJC.
  2. Registration with NJC:
    • Assuming you have created an account on the website as described in Step 1, you can pay the registration fee to NJC in the following modes:
      1. Pay In person:
        • Visit any of our NJC offices and pay the registration fee in person.
        • Provide your NJC website username details to NJC to activate your account for online job application.
      2. Bank Deposit / Netbaking:
        • If you are not able to visit NJC in person for registration, deposit the fee to Account No. 08990110017609, UCO Bank, IFSC: UCBA0000899
        • WhatsApp the deposit slip to 8414098126 or email to info@nagalandjobcentre.com along with your Full Name and website account username.
        • Upon confirmation by NJC, your account will be granted access to apply for jobs online.

 

Terms and conditions:

  • The Registration Fee is Rs. 1500 for Graduate and above, Rs. 1000 for Class 12 and below.
  • After registering with NJC, Candidates will need to undergo 18 Days on Retail Customer Interaction, Digital Life Skills, Digital Literacy. 
  • After competition of training, certificate will be provided.
  • NJC will keep you updated on the current job opening relevant to your profile.
  • Further assistance required for interview, communication skill related NJC team will be available.
  • It is required for all the candidates to work for minimum one year up after placement.
  • NJC charges a one-time service fee of 25% from candidate from the First full salary after successful placement.
  • After expiry of registration with NJC, your website account will stay active for another 6 months without job application access. If you desire to re-register with NJC, you should do it before 6 months.
